Floyd Petri
(& Windsong)
(Guardian of an old crystal skull with an ET Being,
UFO Researcher and ex-Air Force/Chief of Police)
 Mr.
Petry was born and raised in Texas. He graduated from Lufkin
High School in 1961 and immediately enlisted in the US Air
Force. He was assigned to SAC loading Hydrogen Bombs on B-52s
and conventional bombs for the Viet Nam War. Mr. Petri then
oined the Nacogdoches Police Depart-ment in 1965 and became
Lieutenant Watch Commander, Bomb Squad Commander and SWAT
Commander before leaving. He became Chief of Police in Kountze
in 1978 and was recalled to active duty in 1981 in TAC Security
Police at Ellington AFB Houston, Texas. Mr. Petri was
transferred to US Army in 1985 and become a Special Agent CID
and retired in 1995 with over 30 years in Law Enforcement.
Floyd became very interested in the Mitchell Hedges Crystal
Skull in 1957 in High School and read everything that he could
find on it. During this same period of time he experienced a UFO
event and created "The Center for UFO Research". In 1993 while a
Special Agent he was drawn to a human size clear quartz skull
which is known today as "Windsong". After becoming the Caretaker
of the Windsong Crystal Skull Floyd changed the name of his
organization to "The Center for UFO and Paranormal Research".
Mr. Petri was also a State Section Director for MUFON at the
same time and has worn many hats in the military, the State and
civilian organizations including being a Group Commander in the
Civil Air Patrol. Mr. Petri has been an advisor to a Governor of
Texas and been on protection details for two Presidents, the
Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Army and two Chairman of
the Joint Chiefs. Out of all the medals and awards he has
received, Floyd feels his greatest achievement
was being appointed an "Admiral in the Texas Navy". He is still
the caretaker of the Windsong Crystal Skull and CIUFOPR is now a
forum on the
Internet. From Floyd, "When you have met several aliens and have
one living with you everything else becomes unimportant". Mr.
Petri will
explain this comment during his presentation.
